Are your candles vegan?

Yes! All of our candles are made with 100% coco-apricot wax which is vegan and non-toxic. Our candle waxes are cruelty free, gluten free, toxin free, paraben free and phthalate free. 

How are your candles poured?

All of our candles are hand-poured.

Are these candles safe for my pets?

Yes! We have our own furbaby so this was something very important to us. Our candles were created with you and your family in our hearts, including your pets!

What is a wick-trimmer?

A wick-trimmer is used to trim your wick to approximately 1/4 inch, after initial use and each time prior to lighting your candle. Trimming your wick helps the flame from getting too large and producing too much soot, allowing your candle to last much longer. 

How long should I burn my candle for?

We recommend your candle doesn't burn for longer than 4-5 hours to achieve the longest candle-life.

What is the best way to extend the life of my candle?

Upon receiving your package,  bring it indoors​, open the box and store your candle in a cool dry place. This will help shield your items from freezing or melting in the winter and hot summer months.

The first time you burn your candle, let it burn until the entire surface layer of wax is melted. After burning, trim the candle wicks to ensure that any ashes and burnt sections are thoroughly removed.

I need my candles tomorrow. Can you overnight them?

My package is lost or delayed, what can I do?

Yes, each order will include samples.
