Shipping & Returns

PROCESSING TIMES

Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Please allow for additional processing time around major sales or during holidays.

SHIPPING POLICY

Currently we ship within the U.S. only. To protect your candle, we only ship Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays and all orders should arrive within 2-3 business days.

Transit times may increase during the holidays due to seasonal shipping delays. 

RETURN POLICY

All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Our return policy is 14 days. We will not offer any refunds after 14 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To initiate the return process, you must provide images of the damages and email info@houseoflumencandles.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to help guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also advise you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.

We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the conditions stated above. Please contact us if you have any questions or problems.

Note: Orders that return to us as being undeliverable as addressed by the carriers will be subject to an automatic refund (less shipping) issued back to the original form of payment within 7 business days of its return.
